"I have been a State Farm policy holder for many years both in different areas of New York and New Jersey, so suffice it to say, I have worked with a number of State Farm Agencies, all being quite good. That being said, David B. Scales, Jr. and his team at the Scales Agency, is by far the best of them all. Insurance rates for the most part, are the same from agency to agency, but what sets the Scales Agency apart from all others is that David, along with each and every one of his team members care about me as a customer and help in whatever way they can to provide the best service and guidance regarding my insurance needs. "After having met David scales it is not hard to understand why his agency has such a high rating here. My mother is no longer able to however keeping her car cleaning is still very important. As I have taken on the role of one of her drivers, we drove one day to Vineland to get her car washed. While waiting for the car in the cashier area, mom said she wanted. Unfortunately neither one of us had any and the car wash was not able to run a credit card for such a such a small. Enter David scales who was also waiting for. He made the kind and gracious effort of walking over to my mom and handing her a couple of dollars cash so that she could have candy. A total stranger being so gracious and generous to my mom made a huge impression on me and I wanted to share that experience with everyone here. I can truly understand why so many of his customers think so highly of his business."

"For me it was a good team, until my insurance went up, and I called a couple of times to know the reason why, the ladies told me they will call me back and they never did. Fine, I let it go. Then, I buy a new car, so I called to cancel my old car insurance since I sold it. They said it takes time to be canceled in the system and bla bla bla. After a few days I called and she said it was canceled, but today I see my automatic payment charging me for the old car, plus an email saying my new car insurance will be due in 5 days. So, I will be charge twice! it seems they never canceled the old car and I have called a hundred times, left voicemail messages when I couldn’t reach them and it was like no body called. I hate to receive a horrible customer service when Im paying my money and im a very loyalty customer."
